Director of Sales

Rapidly growing entrepreneurial food company is looking for seasoned produce sales leaders who have existing relationships across conventional retail channels. 

  • 4 to 7 years in a Regional Director or Regional Manager position representing a food or beverage manufacturer
  • Must have a track record of direct sales success to mass, club, drug, convenience and conventional grocery channels
  • BS Degree / MBA preferred
  • Produce or beverage experience preferred

These positions will roll out new innovative products in the western and central part of the country and add value and support to an existing team of fifteen internal sales and marketing people as well as a broker network.  Initially we need someone to cover CA, TX and another near KS, MN or IA.

  • Develop and leverage relationships to acquire and maintain key accounts
  • Maximize sales in existing accounts and drive consumer awareness and growth
  • Self-starter who is results focused and experienced in building and keeping relationships
  • Work with Demo and Merchandising team to support conventional retail customers
