• Must have a BS degree.
• Minimum of 10 years in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Strong track record of leading change.
• Results oriented with base knowledge of managing with KPI's.
• Exposure to and experience with implementing CI programs such as Lean or TPM.
• Overall responsibility for a 160+ employee high speed food processing and packaging operation.
• Builds a culture of mutual respect, teamwork and professionalism while communicating the strategic vision for facility to generate short term as well as long term sustainable results.
• Understand, coach and teach lean tools, process capability and operational discipline.
• Focus on the front line with a bias for action to ensure associates have the tools they need to deliver on expectations.
