  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of 8+ years of large volume kitchen/management experience
  • Must have a Servant Leadership style
  • Change leadership experience
  • Understanding of KPI’s and track record of delivering results
  • Continuous Improvement experience such as TPM or Lean
  • ERP system experience
  • Advanced computer/software, math, and measurement conversion skills
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Leads the production in a multi-shift facility with a Servant Leadership philosophy including staffing, administration, production, quality, materials, equipment and financial performance of the plant. Supervise, hire, discipline and evaluate the management team of the production facility.  Ensure volume, cost and quality standards are achieved.

  • Oversee daily communication and coordination of food production with all departments (packing, tracking, warehouse, shipping, etc.)
  • Monitor product storage to ensure that quality, quantity and safety standards are met
  • Works closely with R&D team to establish processes, as well as recipe specifications/corrections, yields and ingredients
  • Oversee enforcement and training of HACCP regulations for all production staff
  • Oversees kitchen equipment maintenance
  • Uses all required safety equipment and consistently follows all food-related sanitation and operating safety guidelines; ensures that production staff does the same
  • Takes the initiative to see and assist with/assign general cleaning tasks in the work area
