BS degree is required
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience leading quality programs in food industry; experience in grain-based production is preferred
Development and management of critical food safety systems (HACCP, Risk Assessment, Allergens, Product Protection equipment, Micro)
Successfully implement quality systems and tools and concepts (SPC, TQM, HACCP)
Demonstrated experience in supervising, coaching, and training of others
Experience of food manufacturing preferred
Exposure in development and management of GFSI standards is preferred
This job requires leadership in the quality lab, on the production floor, as well as the ability to lead and develop Quality and plant team members. Will play a vital customer service role in building relationships, planning, communications, and executing problem resolution with and for customers. Provide leadership as a member of the site planning and leadership teams.
