Plant Manager

We have been retained to fill a Plant Manager role in a food manufacturing company who is experiencing significant growth.  This is an opportunity to work with some very talented leaders.  The Plant Manager will focus on the fundamentals of manufacturing developing people, process and systems for a large food manufacturing plant.   

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS degree

  • Plant Manager experience in a food or beverage manufacturing plant, might be willing to consider a strong Operations Manager from a large plant

  • Must have a hands-on servant leadership style 

  • History of getting results utilizing KPI's and CI programs

  • Ability to coach and mentor managers and supervisors
