Director of Quality

We have been retained to fill a Director of Quality for a Food manufacturing company in the Chicagoland area.  Come be a part of a team who is focused on Quality and Customer relationships.  The company is experiencing significant growth. 

The Director of Quality will be responsible for all team development, quality programs and systems development and will work with customers to proactively solve problems with confidence and professionalism. 

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • BS Food Science or related degree

  • 10+ years leading a Food Safety and Quality team

  • Experience developing and coaching team members

  • Development and implementation of forward thinking FSQA systems and processes

  • Confidence speaking with customers to resolve quality programs

  • Working with sales and R&D on new products
