Production Manager

We are working with a legacy client that is looking to build bench strength for future retirements! They are looking for strong Production Managers to be coached into Plant Manager roles over the next few years.  

This is a high profile role to help build out the leadership team of the future as they continue to innovate and improve in their space. We are looking for a hands on leader to implement strong CI programs, drive culture change and develop SOP's for our award winning product.  

Ideal Profile

  • BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 

  • Production management experience in food/beverage manufacturing

  • Understanding of CI programs 

  • Union experience a plus

  • Strong appetite for growth and challenge
