Our client is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join their team near Madison, WI! This is an exciting role in one of their highest performing divisions. The right candidate will have a roll up their sleeves mentality with a desire to be a major part of their positive manufacturing culture. The ideal candidate will come from a high speed manufacturing background, with a preference for food/bev experience. 3+ years in a growing HR capacity with a strong people focus and a desire to continue that growth.  

  • BS Degree in Human Resources or related field, extended tenure considered for non-degreed 

  • 3+ years in a manufacturing HR environment 

  • Experience with union/non-union work forces a plus

  • SHRM certification would be a strong asset 

  • Some Relocation assistance available
